When we first learned that A$AP Rocky was being accused of slapping a female concert goer, we thought it couldn't get any worse than that.
Now, there are reports that A$AP is dodging charges!
Because the slap was a misdemeanor and authorities did not witness it, the alleged victim, Lisa Wade, had to file a private criminal complaint with the District Attorney.
However, the alleged victim in this instance has to supply the address for the alleged assailant. Uh, Law & Order called, they want their confusing legal procedures back!
Of course, in Lisa's case, there was just one problem with all of this: no one could say where A$AP's home address was! He's off the grid!
But SRSLY, Lisa had the requisite paperwork sent to his record company, but since he wasn't there to sign it, it was returned to sender!
As of right now, the D.A. cannot proceed unless Lisa provides an address to send those documents to!
Nice job, American legal system! We'll be sarcastically slow clapping in your honor!
